Job Description:
- Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, excavation, and demolition.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper handling and storage.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision, following all safety precautions and guidelines.
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing materials and assisting in various construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions, as directed.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials on construction sites.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding and barricades.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors or contractors.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all company and industry safety standards.
Pay:
- $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (DOE)
