The City of Brownwood is currently accepting applications for a Street Superintendent.
Position has responsibility for the Street Department personnel of the City. Responsibilities extend to planning, organizing and directing the various operations, facilities and personnel of the Street Department in accordance with the policies and practices as set forth by the City Engineer. Position receives general supervision but is expected to show considerable professional judgment within established guidelines. The nature of this job requires incumbent to be on-call 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. This is an overtime exempt position.
