job Description:
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and clerical support to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for staff, meetings, events, and appointments to optimize productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, tracking service levels, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record maintenance.
- Support human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, file management, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with budgeting activities by monitoring expenses, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy across projects.
- Organize event planning activities for meetings, company functions, or community outreach initiatives to foster engagement.
- Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records.
- Support medical office management tasks where applicable by coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Pay:
$45,000.00/year - $57,606.88/year
