Custodial Lead Tech - Maintenance

Job Description:

• Works under the Taylor County Maintenance Director as the Custodian Supervisor
• Checks on areas throughout the County Buildings for quality assurance
• Purchases and inventories all janitorial supplies
• Keeps the janitorial storage supply area organized
• Keeps a record and organizes all A/C filters to the designated area at the LEC
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in all building supply/custodian rooms
• Replace light bulbs in all buildings, floors and offices as needed (burned out or if flashing)
• Keep light fixtures and enclosures free of bugs and debris
• Fills in for absent workers in any building including buffing and mopping

Pay:

• $52,000 / year
