Learning Management System Specialist
(Abilene)
Job Duties Include:
- Maintains, manages and facilitates Goodwill-West Texas’ Learning Management process and database
- Monitors assignment of training as well as successful completion of training and tasks
- Communicates with supervisors to ensure employees’ successful completion of training
- Works closely with Learning Management System (LMS) vendor to set up and maintain training curriculums and data
- Provides ongoing reporting to Sr. Human Resource Director
Education and Experience:
- High School/GED required
- Valid TX Driver's License and a good driving record
- Experience with computer programs is required (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, client database, etc.)
- Some college is preferred
- 1 year experience in human resources or training environment preferred
Salary:
- $16 - $24/hr (Depends on Experience)
