Martin D Denson, VFW Post 6873 in Abilene, TX is looking to fill a General Maintenance position.
Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Perform general cleaning of buildings and properties.
- Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures.
- Train or manage maintenance personnel or subcontractors.
- Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
- Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.
- Connect heating or air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as safety procedures or the maintenance of a clean work area.
- All other job-related task as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- HVAC certification is required.
Additional Information:
- Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm
- $16 - $18 hourly DOE
