• Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a warm, hot, humid, or wet environment.
• Use a hook, knife, saw, band saw or other equipment to perform specialized tasks, remove bones, trim, separate, sort, or cut standard or premium cuts of meat to specifications in preparation for further processing or packaging.
• Perform tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements.
• Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Meet all USDA policies.

Salary: $27126.00 - $30469.00 (Depending on Experience)
