Supply Technician
Description
This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work, related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility.
Shall be proficient performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions.
Salary $32.21 hour
Skills
Must have a good working knowledge of U.S. Air Force policies, methods, and technical publications.
Must be familiar with manual and automated methods of supply administration.
Must have a working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
Overall knowledge of a complete supply system to include research, stock control, demand processing, issuing, storage, and handling of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Logistics Specialist school or equivalent.
Three (3) years' experience in supply functions.
Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift 3rd and weekend shift.
Satisfactory completion National Agency Check Local Records Check and Credit (NACLC), and Access National Agency Check with written Inquires (ANACI) resulting in eligibility for a SECRET clearance shall be required of all employees.
