Center for Life Resources is in need of a Case Manager - Educator in their Brownwood office.
General Description:
- Work under the general supervision of the Chief of Community Connections of Central (CCCT) Texas with ability to work independently.
- The educator plays an important role in the facilitation of community-affiliated resources or support.
- The educator will help agencies, schools and government programs, and the community with all programs provided by CCCT.
- The educator will teach the parenting and anger management classes offered at CCCT and other agencies we partner with.
- The educator will Teach Turtle Magic an anger management program to children ages 3-6; teach Manage Your Anger for Children, an anger management program to children ages 6-12; teach Teen Anger Management Education, an anger management for ages 13-17; teach parenting education classes, assist with Adult Anger Management and Supervised Visitation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, or human service field.
- Prefer experience working directly with children, adults, and their families.
- Good oral and written communication skills with ability to prepare progress notes which meet the standards required.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Computer skills in the areas of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and a driving record to comply with CFLR policy.
