Betty Hardwick Center is currently seeking a Data Analyst in Abilene.
Job Description:
- This position is responsible for a variety of administrative activities in support of the Quality Management and Utilization Management departments.
- As part of the Quality Management department, this position may assist with analysis of Care Coordination using Cerner/Anasazi, Business Objects, CMBHS, SPARS, reports for compliance and quality assurance.
- Assist with Coordination of consumer, family and staff surveys and develop reports.
- The Data Analyst will be required to assist with successfully submit and or track CCBHC reporting and measures.
- Assist with Center Encounter Data on a monthly basis for MH, IDD & ECI.
- Assist with monitoring and updating the electronic health records.
- Monitor data related to staff productivity and providing status reports quarterly.
Qualifications:
- Duties include support and analysis of a variety of data elements including electronic health record data, surveys, reports, tracking performance measures and submission of encounter data on a monthly basis. Some experience in a direct care of persons with a serious mental illness and/or children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree is preferred. Critical thinking skills.
- Must have strong MS Excel skills, and competency in MS Access, MS Power Point and MS Word. SQL experience/knowledge strongly preferred.
- Must possess a Texas Driver's license and be an insurable driver.
Shift:
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Pay:
$19.38-21.42/hr
