Muddy Mike's Bar and Grill is looking to hire a talented Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in Cisco, TX.
This will be a great opportunity to create some recipes and help fine tune the menu. Be involved in hiring and building the kitchen team. We have a brand new, well-equipped kitchen just waiting for the right person to put it to use.
Required Skills:
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Intermediate proficiency in math and organizational skills
- Excellent food production and presentation skills
- Outstanding kitchen sanitation knowledge
- Willingness and ability to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
- Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Display effective communication skills with customers, management, vendors and employees
Experience:
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a kitchen (fast casual dining preferred)
- 4+ years total experience in kitchen operations
- 2+ years of proven ability to successfully lead a team
Salary:
- $48,000-$52,000/year (Dependent on Experience)
