Taylor County is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in the Adult Detention Facility (Taylor County Jail).
The LVN dispenses medications, evaluates inmate health care needs, and provides some onsite health care. Applicants will work under direction of Jail Administration and the Medical Provider.
Please provide copy of nursing license by date of hire. Applicants must possess the ability to work in a stressful environment with confidential information and have good moral character.
Qualified applicants will also be subject to an extensive criminal history and background investigation.This position is an 8 hour shift.

Salary: $44,000 annually + benefits
