The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to lease existing space, renovate existing space, and/or construct a facility that can be leased in whole or part to the Board in Sweetwater, Texas. Full details on facility requirements, evaluation criteria, etc. are available in the RFP bid posting document. All proposers may submit questions until Monday, August 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m (CST) electronically to: rfp@workforcesystem.org. The deadline for submission in response to this Request for Proposals is Tuesday, September 4, 2018 by 4:00 p.m. (CST).
