High school diploma or equivalency is required and be a current licensed vocational nurse for the state of Texas. A minimum of one-year experience working with individuals with mental retardation is required. Experience with Medicaid waiver program preferred. Must possess competent computer skills in the area of Microsoft word. Good communication and organizational skills are required. Must be able to complete staff development training.
