General and Operations Manager

Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Ensure all departments run smoothly, and standards of quality are consistently upheld.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and support the hotel staff in all departments. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and training, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the hotel budget. Implement cost-control measures without compromising guest satisfaction, and explore opportunities to increase revenue.
