Custodial Lead Tech Maintenance

Job Description:
- Works under the Taylor County Maintenance Director as the Custodian Supervisor
- Checks on areas throughout the County Buildings for quality assurance
- Purchases and inventories all janitorial supplies
- Keeps the janitorial storage supply area organized
- Keeps a record and organizes all A/C filters to the designated area at the LEC
- Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) in all building supply/custodian rooms
- Replace light bulbs in all buildings, floors and offices as needed (burned out or if flashing)
- Keep light fixtures and enclosures free of bugs and debris
- Fills in for absent workers in any building including buffing and mopping
