Construction Civil Supervisor

Description:

• Experience - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3-5 years as a superintendent on industrial projects (e.g., oil & gas, power plants, or heavy industrial).
• Education - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, including concrete, grading, paving, and underground utilities.

Responsible For:

• Project Oversight - Supervise daily civil construction activities including earthworks, concrete, structural steel, and site utilities, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedule and specifications.
• Team Management - Monitor and mentor subcontractors ensuring productivity and compliance with safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance - Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards, conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks to maintain a safe work environment.

Salary: $39 - $43 / hour
