Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Grounds keeping
- Routine preventive maintenance on all systems
- Minor electrical work
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor HVAC work
- Some remodel/construction work
- Supervising and mentoring maintenance staff members
- Entering maintenance data into company computer systems
