Sr HR Generalist (Sweetwater)
Job Description
Georgia-Pacific - Sweetwater has an amazing opportunity for a Senior HR Generalist to work in partnership with supervisors and employees at Georgia-Pacific's Gypsum Complex located in Sweetwater, Texas. Georgia-Pacistate has built a state-of-the-art gypsum wallboard production facility.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and previous related experience (HR, recruiting, or training & development) OR 5 plus years of related experience ( HR, recruiting, or training & development).
What Will Put You Ahead
- At least 5 years of previous experience working in an HR role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Previous experience with performance management processes.
- Previous experience with TABLEAU is a plus.
- Previous experience with Kronos is a plus.
Salary $71,636.00-$153,108.00 Yr.
