The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for efficiently managing call logs, assisting customers with a positive and professional demeanor, building long-lasting relationships, and accurately identifying and resolving customer concerns. - Rotating schedule
- Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM + Saturday | 9 AM - 5 PM
