GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This is an entry-level position. This person will assist with the daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant under direct supervision. The nature of this position will be on 24-hour call as assigned, including weekends and holidays.

EXAMPLES OF SPECIFIC WORK PERFORMED:
1) Performs any combination of the tasks of cleaning, flushing, draining, skimming, pumping, maintenance, operations, and other duties related to Wastewater Treatment facilities under direct supervision; 2) Performs routine building and grounds maintenance as assigned; 3) Monitors and adjusts pumps, blowers, mechanical mixers, chemical feeders, and related equipment to ensure proper operations of Treatment Plant as directed; 4) Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

PAY: $2,832 per month / $16.34 per hour
