Responsibilities:
- Ensure sufficient inventory is available for assigned supply chain products.
- Coordinate the processing and logistics of coil inventory and purchased items across multiple locations and business partners including origination, processors, and the company's manufacturing and sales branch locations.
- Analyze and ensure the accuracy of data for pricing, costing, selling price, and item master set up of coil sales and purchased items in the ERP system.
- Serve as a back-up to Purchasing Agents.
- Provide specialized project and initiative support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as an analyst, coordinator, administrator, or related role is required.
- Must be PC proficient and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products, e-mail, and Internet use. Emphasis on Excel proficiency is a must.
- Strong detail orientation and customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve problems both internally and externally with customers.
- Ability to think conceptually and produce desired results.
- A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hire-in salary of $50,000 – $60,000 depending on qualifications.
