Join us for an engaging and informative CTE Leadership Roundtable designed for administrators, counselors, CTE coordinators, and educators who lead and support Career and Technical Education programs. This session will provide essential updates received by TEA at CTAT and other and key developments impacting CTE. Realityworks will deliver a featured presentation focused on materials, curriculum and new features. Another big conversation of the day will be about CTE students. Statewide CTE student data is disaggregated by a wide variety of indicators, not only gender and ethnicity, but by special populations. CTE students are also GT, Special Education, Migrant, and possibly experience homelessness. Perkins V data addresses CTE students in all of these areas and compares LEAs to state data. LEAs are expected to develop processes of ensuring all students meet indicators. Representatives from these programs will be present to provide timely information to ensure all students are college, career, and military ready.
