Employee Assessment Tools
Assess employees for employment using the following tools:
  • Career Ability Placement Survey (CAPS) - Measures the aptitude of the applicant as related to the identified career path
  • Career Occupational Preference System (COPS) - Measures the interest of the applicant in a related field
  • Fit - Assesses an applicant's interests and values to determine the fit between a candidate and occupations in an organization
  • Key Train - Assesses and remediates through level completions for Reading for Information, Locating Information, and Applied Mathematics along with additional career paths
  • National Retail Federation (NRF) - Provides a NRF certificate of completion to those who demonstrate knowledge and skills in customer service
  • Performance - Measures a job applicant's tendency toward unsafe behaviors and attitudes toward work
  • Prove-It - Provides documented proof of skills identified by the applicant using over 900 assessments in particular fields
  • Reading-Free Vocational Interest Inventory - Uses pictures of individuals engaged in different occupations to measure the vocational likes and dislikes of students and adults who are mentally retarded, learning disabled, disadvantaged, or enrolled in alternative or vocational / career training programs; this assessment does not require reading comprehension or written language skills
  • SUPERA (Spanish version of TABE) - A math and reading literacy assessment designed to measure achievement of basic skills commonly found in adult basic education curricula and taught in instructional programs
  • Talent - Predict characteristics such as cooperation, discipline, influence, and stability
  • Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) - A math and reading literacy assessment, this assessment is designed to measure achievement of basic skills commonly found in adult basic education curricula and taught in instructional programs
  • Wonderlic Basic Skill Test (WBST) - Measures the reading and math literacy levels of the applicant
  • Work Keys - Provides an ACT certificate nationally recognized by employers to demonstrate knowledge in Reading for Information, Locating Information, and Applied Mathematics in the workplace (other assessments include Business Writing and Applied Technology in the workplace)
